[The Audit Tool of the Future will replace the GAMx platform for the audit practice. The platform will suppor the full lifecycle of an audit form planning to close/archive.]

[The Audit Tool of the Future will be a .NET, SQL Server and SharePoint application]

3. Description of day to day tasks (please be as descriptive as possible).

[Reporting directly to a Test Lead, you will be responsible for delivery of Quality Assured applications to production. You will be responsible for interpreting User Stories and Technical Requirements and executing Functional testing activities for the FAS&T project within the Assurance portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all functional testing activities including Release/Iteration planning

• Review and convert User Stories and system requirements into positive and negative test cases and / or scripts

• Execute Manual and Automated test cases and /or scripts, report and retest bugs

• Track individual testing effort

• Conduct tests and analyze results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and/or client requirements

• Provide status to Test Lead

• Adhere to QA & Test processes to support global QA Testing activities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other IT Services, IT Solutions functions and customers to expedite delivery of IT solutions

• Support Team Lead in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day management of the QA & Test organization

• Responsible for QA delivery of Cases, Scripts, Results

• Work closely with off-shore employees and 3rd party vendors to deliver projects to time, cost and quality requirements]

4. Describe technical environment (.NET, Oracle, Websphere, etc.)

[Qualifications:

To qualify, candidates must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

• Minimum of 6 years as a QA Analyst

• 2+ years experience or more in an Agile development environment

• 2+ years of automation experience using tools such as QTP or QC

• At least 2 years experience with HP/ALM is required

• Experience working with User Stories

• Ability to manage time well, organize and prioritize

• Extremely detailed oriented. Must be able to repeat testing tasks multiple times without missing quality issues

• Experience working with on and offshore teams

• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle including Functional & Non-Functional Test Phases

• Experience on test programs with different types of testing, i.e. functional, non-functional, database/backend testing

• Experience testing web applications, mobile a plus

• Ability to work and effectively team with clients and other management personnel across geographies

• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change

• Ability to escalate accurately, timely and efficiently

• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

• Ability to understand and integrate with cultural differences and engage with virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams

• English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication]
