Job Description :
The applicant will apply their expertise to ensure the delivery of high quality products by testing new and ongoing initiatives. The SQA resource will need to be knowledgeable of all aspects of the SQA lifecycle beginning with the requirements phase thru test case/plan creation, execution and reporting.
Perform analysis of requirements documents to derive test cases and test plans. Execute test cases/procedures and accurately and concisely report both progress and defect status, including gathering and reporting on project quality metrics. 4+ years of experience in testing web applications: user and performance testing. Track defects through the entire defect life cycle. Perform Quality Reviews on Software Specification Documents and provide meaningful feedback to Business Analysts. Pro-actively work with Development and Support staff in problem analysis, reproduction, and resolution Troubleshoot and find root cause of issues found during testing using technical knowledge Perform web application testing.
The successful Quality Assurance Analyst will meet the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):
Strong Experience in testing applications, user and performance testing.
Intermediate/Advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) or similar technology is a plus.
Strong Analytical/ Problem solving skills Good Team Player with positive attitude towards wo rk as well working independently
