SAP HCM Configuration Specialist

Responsibilities:

support the Human Resources and Technical Teams and provide expertise in all aspects of SAP’s HCM modules, as well as integration with other SAP and non-SAP Systems.
expertise in OM, PA, Time modules as well as understanding of Benefits, Compensation modules along with integration with Success Factors.

Essential Functions:

Possess in depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules to perform system configuration in all areas of HCM with a strong understanding of integration between other SAP modules.
Works with data from other systems to load into SAP or extract from SAP for other systems for process or acquisition integration.


Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5-7+ years hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP HCM module
  • Experience with configuring and documenting SAP Time module and Time Schema
  • Must have experience working on small fast paced project teams
  • Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities
  • Multiple full lifecycle implementations with SAP is required
  • SAP Certification or SAP Class completion in SAP module(s) a plus.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
Base salary to 115K

Senior SAP ABAP Developer

Responsibilities:
  • Reviews, Analyzes, Designs, modifies, develops, tests, documents and implements SAP software solutions using ABAP development tools; applies expertise in SAP ABAP to ensure system development meets business requirements; Leads and delegates assignment and monitors work product of outside consultant team.
  • Analyzes and resolves problems associated with application systems. Detects, diagnoses, and reports related problems.

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years related experience
  • 3-5 years management experience
  • minimum 8 years working in SAP environment as a part of project implementation team
  • Required technical skills: ASP (C# ), Classic ASP, HTML/XHTML/CSS/Javascript/XML/, AJAX/JSON, T SQL, PL SQL, Basic database design and development (MSSQL Server 2005/2008), ADO / NET, SOA / SBA
  • Desired soft-skills: Superb communication, solid software development practices, fundamental knowledge of an SDLC, Strong technical innovation (researching new technologies, building high performing applications, etc.), Strong analysis/investigation skills, Ability to multi-task and self
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Moderate skills with high level of proficiency in software development language and process.
BASE SALARY to 130K
