Senior Security Compliance Engineer - Technical Services Division - Dallas, TX

The Senior Security Compliance Engineeris responsible for design and implementation of the enterprise Security Program within Fujitsu. This includes conducting audits, reviews, and risk assessments of information security safeguards and IT controls; investigating, researching, logging, tracking, and following up on security incidents to support compliance with Fujitsu’s policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements including PCI, HIPAA and SSAE-16; assisting in continuously enhancing the related information security program policies, standards, procedures, guidelines; and coordinating education and awareness activities required to increase the organization’s awareness of information security roles and responsibilities, good business practices, and security safeguards.

Duties Include:
  • Participating in IT internal and external audits of the Fujitsu North American Companies and clients, performing risk assessments, audit planning, engagement execution and report writing.
  • Evaluating the design and effectiveness of IT internal controls and recommend improvements to those controls.
  • Develop findings and recommendations and communication those to management
  • Develop and understanding of Fujitsu’s IT policies and processes.
Essential Skills and Experience (key competencies)

Experience with ISO: 27001 PCI, SOX and SSAE-16
8 years design and implementation of enterprise Information Security Program
Strong background in network and information security
Ability to draft and review technical and policy, procedure and audit documentation
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and customers
Knowledge of IT systems and controls, including IT General Controls

Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
CISSP certificate (preferred)
CISA or GIAC certification (must have or be able to obtain in 6 months)
