Provides technical assistance to field personnel for the implementation of Access Midstream’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures. Specific focus on providing guidance and interpretation of air permits and regulations to field personnel.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- Leader in the development and stewardship of Access Midsteam’s Commitment to Environmental Excellence
- Partner with operations in our ongoing efforts to minimize air emissions and preserve air quality in the communities where we operate
- Submit and create compliance related documentation; including, Title V reports, regulatory notices, and greenhouse gas reports
- Conduct reviews and be familiar with all performance testing; including LDAR, engine stack test methodology, and greenhouse gas methodology
- Conduct reviews of permit applications for accuracy of permit conditions and limits
- Develop compliance demonstration and documentation methods for permits
- Assist in the review of existing and proposed rules, regulations, and policies
- Monitor emission events for reporting and recordkeeping requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Minimum Requirements:

- Ability to perform job duties while adhering to Access Midstream’s values, vision, and mission
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize projects to meet regulatory deadlines
- Demonstrate effective computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment as well as autonomously
- Ability to work with both internal contacts and external vendors/contacts
- Able to function in field conditions and inclement weather
- Must have valid State issued drivers license and be able to travel, including overnight travel, work evenings and weekends as required

Education & Work Experience Required

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the regulatory field. Preferably in oil and gas
- Understanding and knowledge of Federal and State environmental air regulations
