Position will require the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance which requires US Citizenship.
Job Description: Lead technician responsible for integrating, testing, and calibrating complex electronic systems both on the ground and airborne. Candidate must have an intimate working knowledge of RF Generators, spectrum analyzers, Time Domain Reflectometers, Multimeters, and oscilloscopes. Works with the customer, production, and engineering on a daily basis and must have good communications skills. Job will require CONUS and OCONUS travel
Required: A minimum of 4 years experience testing and calibrating complex electronic systems plus a related bachelor's degree, or 7 years experience without degree. Must have superb digital and analog knowledge. Must be computer literate to include the use of windows programs. Duty to include flying.
Must have been cleared for DOD TS/SSBI security clearance within past 5 years.
Desired: An A&P license would be an advantage. Strong radio communications skills and a strong understanding of RF is also highly desirable. Physical Requirements: Work is on Flightline area and will be working on and around aircraft. Possible noise hazard area and some lifting required.
