Position Overview and Requirements:
TSTC Enrollment Services is currently seeking applicants that possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills. This person will provide counseling services to educate borrowers identified in delinquency status on student loans in an effort to prevent delinquencies post grace and cure delinquencies during repayment. Inform borrowers about the qualifications for all deferment types, forbearance options, as well as various repayment plan options for loan programs. Inform borrowers about deferment types, forbearance options

Provide counseling services to educate borrowers about delinquencies

Possess strong verbal and written skills

Strong attention to detail and well organized

Must be able to prioritize assignments

Must demonstrate flexibility, sound judgment and decision making skills

Strong PC skills (i.e. Word, Excel) required

Ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers

Work within a team environment and be self directed

Adaptability to rapid change in a fast paced environment

Ability to communicate with students in group settings

Good phone ettiquette and comfortable handling a high call volume

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent

1-2 years minimum office setting

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly MS Word and Excel

Strong customer service skills

Annual Salary-$22,800
