Within our Internal Audit Department, results-driven professionals work as a tight-knit team to evaluate and contribute to the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes throughout our organization. By identifying procedural issues and making recommendations to key decision-makers, our internal auditors help minimize risks and maximize patient care performance. Play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of our hospital-wide audit and audit work program. Conduct operational, financial and IT audits to identify problem areas throughout our organization. Analyze operations to determine the effectiveness of risk management and related controls. Prepare reports that outline key findings, including root causes, and provide recommendations to resolve identified issues and improve overall hospital performance.
Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (a master’s degree is preferred) and two years of related auditing experience. CPA certification is ideal.
