Here, top nurses join a storied tradition—and make their own mark on history.
Recently, one of our neurological nurses presented a 4-point scale that evaluates the metabolic stresses of shivering at an international conference. In the same year, our hospital was named #4 in the nation for Neurosurgery. We merge best practices in care with state-of-the-art treatments, collaborating across disciplines with the utmost collegial respect. Our nurses experience one of the highest case mix indexes, ranging from post-operative care for patients following neurosurgery to care of acute head trauma, intracerebral hemorrhages and other conditions.
