We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our winning team! The Account Executive will seek out new business label, packaging, and print accounts and acquire market share in their territory
Territory will cover: MD, VA, PA, NJ, NYC
Implement sales strategy to ensure the company meets revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting of large accounts
Develop and acquire new business and on-going relationships with Fortune 500 companies and a select group of targeted prospects
Plan Strategic sales campaigns, measured by calculated return on investment and using executive support appropriately
Penetrate competitively held accounts, knowing competitor's strengths and weaknesses profiling prospects to identify opportunities, positioning and applying a strategy to win
Implement account development strategies with each prospect. Assist in the smooth transition of new account to the Account Management Team
Minimum education requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Minimum work related experience typically required: 3 to 5 years or previous sales related experience
2 years PS, Prime and Retail Label experience
Fortune 500 consultative selling experience in national account arena
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market
Strategy and negotiation skills
Flexibility to adjust to customer's buying styles and develop relationships based on trust
Retail Packaging experience a plus
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Internet savvy for StaplesLink ordering
Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
Bilingual abilities a plus
