The Store Inventory ControlCoordinator is responsible for analysis, development, and coordination of all assigned tasks relating to store inventory control. Additionally, periodic statistical reporting will be performed. Ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
Review weekly reports to look for areas to minimizing shrink and scrap
Compile, maintain and analyze inventory reports (Scrap, Pallet Scanning)
Coordination of Seasonal Inbound and Outbound merchandise.
Reviewing store inbound compliance (DC Delivery, DSD, Drop Shipments, Store Transfer)
Reviewing store outbound compliance (Recalls, To DC Transfers, Quarantine Pallets)
Monitor daily scrap compliance (store use, damaged, spoiled/expired)
Audit seasonal pallets returned to DC for accuracy and compliance
Work with Inventory Accounting/Loss Prevention on Inventory Control issues
Communication of Physical Inventory Schedules to Field Teams
Monitor weekly Physical inventory checklist and follow up with field as needed.
Maintain inventory control and physical inventory programs and policies
Provide a weekly Inventory Control Update/Scorecard
Provide recommendations for Inventory Control improvement.
Develop solutions to specific problem areas
Assist in development of projects as well as make recommendations to appropriate personnel
