We’re seeking a strategic account executive with a proven record of successfully closing new business in the Fortune 1,000. You’ll build relationships, educate leading companies on social recruiting, and implement a disciplined sales process to penetrate enterprise accounts.

Create and manage pipeline of new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts Grow existing accounts by upselling additional and new products Work with monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas and forecast sales activity accurately Build customer relationships that will become the cornerstones of future business Take an active role in shaping sales processes and strategy Opportunity for advancement based on performance


A minimum of 6 years successful sales experience selling into the Fortune 1,000 A background in selling recruiting or talent management solutions, HRIS, CRM, or payroll software is a plus A meticulous, process-driven approach and familiarity with CRM systems (we use Salesforce). Is extremely organized and detail-oriented Demonstrated ability to interact at executive and operational level within client companiesAbility to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios Positive attitude and a passion for building an amazing business Team player, self driven, a relationship builder with a can-do attitude Excellent follow-through skills, is proactive and excellent at multi tasking
