The Manager Strategic Accounts, Fresh (Produce) is responsible for directing and managing the development of strategic relationships across all Fresh retailers.

Drive budgeted growth objectives in existing PD channels
Establish sustainable long term customer relationships
Create and exploit collaborative relationships utilizing CHEP extended services solutions
Develop direct employees through IDP process
Complete and reinforce all Zero Harm policies
Lead and teach employees successful matrix behaviours
Obtain all A/R targets
Obtain group FTR targets

Bachelors Degree minimum
MBA valued

Minimum 3-5 years direct team people management
10+ years of sales experience
Proven record of selling in highly complex strategic environments
Extended work in cross functional matrix oriented internal structures
Understanding of CHEP’s business model, systems and procedures
Expert knowledge of supply chain
Miller Heiman Strategic Selling in complex environments
