An exciting role for someone looking to lead projects and further develop their skills and brand thinking within our dynamic Quantitative Insight team whose mission is to inspire, create and deliver what our client's truly value: marketing inspiration. You will work closely with senior team members in a project lead capacity to design bespoke solutions to unlock a diverse range of business challenges for our communications enterprise client. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Quantitative projects with some senior oversight Forging client relationships and being the 'go-to' person Lead the thinking, scoping, analysis and delivery of projects Presenting solutions in a confident and compelling manner Deliver insights that are visually creative, dynamic and digital savvy WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A highly energetic and resourceful team player who is a polished project 'doer' looking to develop their problem-solving and creative thinking skills to deliver cutting edge solutions as part of a close and highly experienced team who love a challenge. Foundation experience: 7+ years' experience ideally supplier side, showing a solid understanding of Quantitative methodologies (tracking) and keen to develop their skills further in new methodological approaches and analytic frameworks: o Strong Tracking (Ad & Brand) Background * Analytical capabilities * Able to spot trends, drill down to the details * Big picture context - broader, bigger brand implications * Distill data/information into a "story-driven" 8 - 10 page report. Has the ability to creatively tell the story through visuals (ie. charts, graphs, tables, etc). o Project Management * Has a good understanding of the overall process or project flow: * Field, data/code management, program testing, etc. * Has a proven record of delivering projects that are profitable and successful for the client and organization o Other: * Hungry and self-motivated to grow both new business and one's own skills * Attention-to-detail * Building strong client relationships (manage client expectations) * Efficient & multi-tasking (able to turnaround client requests quickly if needed) A compulsive deep diver: naturally nosy, with a love for going beyond the obvious and the mental agility to look for the best solutions from multiple perspectives. Develops insights to influence solutions. Superb organizer: always on top of the detail, proactive, forward-thinking with exceptionally good project and team management skills. Excellent communicator: able to listen and understand clients, consumer and colleagues and in turn presents insights both verbally and written in a crisp yet fluid tone. Brand fanatic: with a real passion for and understanding of the role brand's play in people's lives and the ability to translate this into action.
