The Assistant/Associate Director provides guidance and leadership to a diverse group of students and student organizations in the planning and executing of cultural, social, and educational events that are consistent with Union College’s mission. The Assistant Director also strives to foster the individual growth and development of each Union College student. |
Master’s Degree in student personnel or related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years prior experience, preferably in Student Activities plus excellent communications skills required. Experience at a small private liberal arts college is preferred.
