Provide general customer service information to visitors and students. Assist with payments and the registration process; answer multi-line telephones, route calls and take messages when necessary, make appointments for students to see Academic Advisors/Counselors, and monitor office supplies. Assist instructors and other staff members with typing, printing and various projects. Ensure proper security when opening and closing Student Services offices. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma plus one year full-time customer service related experience required. Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience including part time considered. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment. Hours are Monday-Thursday 3:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. and Saturday 7:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. but hours could vary based on need of the office. Hiring process includes a background check.
