Primary Duties & Responsibilities Are:
Serves as a top level technical or functional expert, often working on multiple projects and programs. Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and training.
This position provides implementation advice on complex systems that require expert level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
Performs highly specialized technical tasks associated with cutting-edge technologies.
Applies expert functional knowledge and experience to significant business projects or processes.
Subject matter expert with recent practical experience in the planning for configuration and implementation of Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010 and SharePoint designer. Specific expertise is required in the workflow/security functionality of the product and its integration. Provide engineering and technical resources to perform a broad assortment of system engineering and support functions.
Must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of and experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010, Microsoft Office 2007, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, and web scripting technologies such as JScript, VBSCript, PowerShell, and VBA.
Create Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010 Enterprise solutions specific to Navy Fleet Forces HQ business processes and those that assist subordinate commands collaborate with the Headquarters. The contractor must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of and experience of the following: branding, master page creation/modification, work flows, custom list design and business intelligence.
Define requirements for new integrated collaboration-oriented solutions and web presentation business solutions using Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010.
Provide Knowledge/Information Management support in the gathering, storage and effective reuse of information using KM/IM tools, techniques, best practices and SharePoint technologies.
Identify improvements on business processes and provide recommendations to include prototypes, models and business intelligence.
Participate as needed in all phases of software/hardware development.
Involved in planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, training, and presentation.
Provide technical advice, guidance, and direction for the improvement, modification, and re-engineering of business processes, policies, and procedures for all functional areas under consideration or review.
Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific programs.
Directs the composition of, or composes and finalizes documentation.
