  • Love working in a dynamic startup environment (experience working at a startup a plus)
  • Manage a very dynamic calendar in order to coordinate a variety of complex meetings/presentations/travel
  • Serve as the face of the company when greeting visitors
  • Assist with preparation of communications materials and presentations
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have a high level of enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting company leaders
  • Coordinate all recruiting tasks including posting job openings to recruiting websites and scheduling all interviews with candidates
  • Perform HR activities including benefits administration, welcome package, onboarding and other HR-related issues as required.
  • Administer payroll, benefit deductions and PTO tracking
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events

  • B.A./B.S. required
  • Excellent management skills, including the coordination of complex schedules
  • Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes (strongly preferred)
  • Experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience assisting executives with the creation of a wide range of communication materials
  • Strong decision-making abilities and a keen attention to detail
  • Impeccably organized yet flexible and up for the administrative challenges of supporting a very fast growing company
  • Available during non-business hours when needed
