Position Requirements: Minimum of 5+years in leadership position in the construction industryInterpret blue prints, perform take offs and generate quotesWillingness to receive coaching and guidance from managers and peersStrong computer (Microsoft Office, Internet) skills Excellent communication human relation skills whether verbal, written or by phone Position Duties: Enforce Penhall's Zero Accident Culture.Conduct employee training in the safe and efficient use of tools and equipment.Maintain and develop relationships with current and new customers.Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Perform "tailgate" safety meetings as needed.Observe work to ensure safety, quality and production standards are metConfer with dispatch shop and division manager to coordinate operations and activitiesInspect tools, equipment and materials to identify any defects or malfunctions.
