Provide credit risk oversight and servicing surveillance services, managing a data services team responsible for loading loan-level data for our Surveillance and Forensic underwriting groups.
Credit Risk Oversight
Provide servicing surveillance through detailed loan analysis and reporting of portfolio issues on MBS pools and sub prime mortgages.
Serve as liasion between clients and servicers in the timely identification and notification of loan and poool risks.
Build and maintain client relationships ensuring that service level agreements are successfully met. Provide consultative services to current and prospective clients to inform of related industry information.
Serve as primary liaison with servicers managing the receipt of monthly, periodic, and ad-hoc data to be loaded into various Residential systems, ensuring that all high priority issues are satisfied accurately and quickly.
Ensure the accurate and timely loading of data and assist clients/servicers with translation of data into usable system data.
Access client databases and download trustee reports for reconcillation with monies received from Finance.
Communicate with Servicer personnel on monthly basis to inform of observations, recommendations, and trending of portfolios
Manage Data Services Staff
Manage a team of data analysts to drive deliverables and meet key business objectives.
Supervise the work, training, and progress of data services staff to ensure quality and timeliness of loaded data.
Ensure that data loading deadlines for each project, servicer, and client are communicated clearly and standardized across applicable groups.
Develop recommendations for streamlining data delivery, enhancement, and loading processes.
Measure team productivity and provide appropriate feedback, training, and feedback to team members.
Sales and Systems Support
Support sales activities through presentations, submission of data dictionaries, client/servicer data requirements validation, interaction with servicers, clients, and Residential Applications group.
Assist in mentoring and training activities with clients, servicers, and partners.
Work closely with Residential Applications group to identify additional system requirements and business rules.
Perform user acceptance testing of system enhancements.
