The Supervisor Admissions Support oversees the administrative and support functions of the Admissions department.
Duties and responsibilites consist of but are not limited to:
- Manages the reception area
- Manages admissions reports and reporting systems
- Manages the Admissions’ department budget
- Oversees data entry
- Assists with orientation and pre-registrations activities
- Manages application activities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- High School diploma, college degree preferred
- 1-3 years experience in an office administration/customer service role
