The Marketing Supervisor provides daily support, guidance and direction to the Marketing Representatives, who are responsible for identifying potential customers and applying the strategies and tactics for making them aware of the products/services Fidelis Care offers. The Supervisor manages the activities and performance of a specific territory and team staff to ensure they meet or exceed budgetary goals; this includes territory development, assisting with training staff and field monitoring for all Fidelis Care product lines. This position also ensures compliance with all regulatory, audit, and corporate policies. The Supervisor identifies, communicates and holds staff accountable for performance expectations; monitors/appraises the job results/performance and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Associates degree with 3-5 years supervisory experience in managed care, healthcare or related field
Valid Drivers license and own transportation
Willing to work flexible hours
