Location : This position is located at the Small B usiness Administration, Office of Capital Access, Office of Financial Programs Operations, which is located in Washington, DC.

Serves as Manager of all senior management personnel assigned to the Disaster Loan Servicing Centers which consists of various Center Directors directly reporting to the incumbent. These Centers service and liquidate disaster home and business loans covering a large geographic area, national in scope. Incumbent's responsibility extends to over 100 employees plus contractors.
Direct the center management in its planning, development, coordination and evaluation of the various Disaster Loan Servicing and Liquidation activities in the Centers. Incumbent is responsible for the management oversight of all Disaster Loan Servicing/Collection, Liquidation/Collection assigned to the Centers for SBA servicing and or liquidation activities. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
QUALIFICATIONS : GS-15: One year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service) obtained in either the private or public sector administering and overseeing consumer, residential or commercial loan programs or a comparable financial services or product manufacturing organization, regional or national in scope. Extensive experience in consumer, residential or commercial loans, including but not limited to the areas of servicing, collections, and loan liquidation, or extensive experience in a comparable financial services or product manufacturing. Experience as a supervisor providing direction to subordinate staff and organizational units involved in loans, financial products, or product manufacturing activities. Experience in developing and maintaining an operational budget for an organization specializing in consumer, residential or commercial loans, financial services or product manufacturing. This experience must be reflected in your resume.
