Responsibilities:

The Support Associate provides assistance and support to one or more Vendor Licensing Team(s) to drive sales and order management execution.

Requirements:

Two years of college course work preferred. Previous work experience required. Two years sales/customer service experience preferred. Able to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Basic technical and product knowledge. Skill in personal computing or keyboarding. Basic proficiency in systems (i.e. Impulse). Good oral and written communications skills required. Ability to: multi-task respond to rapid change; organize prioritize and perform work with detailed supervision.
