Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Support Coordinator for the Personal Support Services unit in fulfilling all the needs of individuals with disabilities in the twin cities metro area. The candidate for this position will be a designated coordinator for up to 10 Host Home individuals in the twin cities metro area. This position will include programming, community integration, complying with licensing requirements, and managing fiscal duties.
*A degree in a Human Services or a related field
*Minimally one year of experience providing support to adults with disabilities, or Designated Coordinator Certificate.
*Pass a DHS background study, have a clean driving record with a current valid driver’s license, and the ability to complete the training expectations of the position. Training is provided
*Work well independently and have management experience.
*Experience using Microsoft word and Excel.
Position Information: Full time position. Although the job is primarily M-F, the expectation is to be available as needed to meet the needs of the people you support and the programs.
