This position is part of CSG’s Support Services Staff and will perform routine to complex support work in a variety of functions.
CSG’s Support Services promote Service Excellence delivering positive customer service to both external and internal customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Flow Support Services Floater - Will perform a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of the client flow support services department.
Data Collection of client demographic information and insurance information
Schedule client appointments
Verify client appointments and insurance information
Perform data entry
Assists with the client flow central phone call center questions
Audits payment processing and batch errors
Analyze client flow process problems and offer resolution
Process accounts receivables

Minimum Education, Credentials, and Experience
High school diploma or equivalency;
Three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements :
Must have the ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
