This position is located at our corporate office in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Responsibilities

The Support Specialist is responsible for delivering quality customer service by providing a single point of contact to report problems, make inquiries, and assist in the resolution of problems reported to the IS Help Desk. This position is also responsible for following up with users on all outstanding problems logged through the Help Desk. The Support Specialist must interact with other IS resources to ensure proper resolution of all problems. The Support Specialist reports to the Help Desk Manager.

Qualifications

Diploma/certificate from computer training school a plus. One year of Help Desk support experience, 1 year of computer/network troubleshooting experience. Strong dedication to quality customer service. Superior teamwork skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential. Must possess a personal sense of urgency. Large scale data center (supporting multi-site operations) experience
