Enters alphanumeric data accurately into the computer.
Prepares, processes, and proofreads correspondence accurately using the computer.
Collects, prepares, and researches information for reports and presentations.
Coordinates and completes regular projects in a timely manner.
Answers the phone and provides and receives information for the department in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Establishes and maintains a variety of files and records for the department.
Knowledge of Excel, Oracle, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
Communicates effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.
