Role / Responsibilities:
•Manage CDP supply chain program and increase supplier participation rates; engage with suppliers and procurement on results
•Build and implement a PCR/Sustainability strategy for paper and plastic in partnership with GCMS/Corporate Sustainability and the Packaging Materials team
•Increase awareness and understanding of sustainability and Greenlist within procurement
•Pilot category supplier engagement program to improve Greenlist and CDP scores in at least 5 categories
•Develop clear sustainability KPI’s / Metrics owned by procurement
•Lead the responsible sourcing pilot and global expansion
•Develop process for global expansion and resourcing requirements
Risk Management
•Lead development and deployment of a supplier risk management program, getting buy in from key stakeholders and ensuring that approach and tools meet procurement’s needs, are integrated with SRM, and leverage existing risk management approaches / resources at SCJ
•Define processes and tool / system requirements to manage risk globally
•Work with capability and process lead to build training materials

•Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking skills. Translating high level strategies into tangible business objectives with aggressive, yet attainable goals.
•Proven executional and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to set realistic goals and timetables using sound judgment to execute projects – results oriented
•Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills – especially upwards and cross-functionally in the organization. Possess an ability to engage in crucial conversations with key stakeholders.
•Breadth of knowledge/expertise over a range of packaging materials and technologies (e.g. corrugates/cartons chipboard, bottles, etc).
•Experience working with third parties including vendors, NGOs, trade organizations and consultants.
•Complex problem analysis and problem solving skills.
•Proven track record of forming successful internal and external partnerships to drive business results.
•Ability to successfully lead through other team members who are not direct reports
•Demonstrated interest and experience working in the area of Sustainability
•Experience working with RDE / GCMS / DTV a plus
•Ability to think and act globally as well as regionally

•5-10 years of prior related experience
•Bachelors degree in business or finance. Work towards an advanced degree is desirable.
