Job Summary/Basic Function:
Receive incoming calls to the campus switchboard and direct them to the appropriate persons or departments. Handle and process all mail.

Essential job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Utilize a multi-line phone system to effectively route incoming calls in a manner keeping with the standards of Lee College.

sort incoming mail and interdepartmental mail for accurate and timely distribution, as well as process all outgoing mail.

Other duties and responsibilities may include:
Prepare bulk mailings in accordance with USPS regulations.

Update directory information, departmental mail accounts, and employee mailbox information.

Inform employees about postal regulatory updates and changes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent ( GED )

Previous experience answering busy, multi-line phones and providing customer service

Proficient computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of postal procedures
