Dachis Group has an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our systems administration team on a part-time basis at our headquarters in Austin, TX. This individual will provide desktop and cloud-based systems management support to approximately 150 end users in multiple locations throughout the US.
Provide operational system administration support in a Mac environment
Assist on-boarding new employees with initial application support
Perform troubleshooting, problem, and resolution analysis
Administer and support work request system (create logins, reset password, etc.)
Fanatical customer service with tremendous ‘bedside manner’
Strong working knowledge of Mac environment and computer hardware
Basic exposure to Windows Server
Proven ability to think quick, multi-task, and prioritize
Cisco knowledge a plus
