This is a fantastic opportunity to work for as a Systems Administrator on a 6+ month contract for one of the largest online health information companies in the world. They are a source for original and timely health information.

What you ll be doing:
The Systems Administrator will have responsibility for maintenance of our online project management system (account creation, answering user questions, participating in process changes/improvement), for creating custom reports, and for working with the software provider to troubleshoot issues.
Respond to requests for assistance (reset passwords, troubleshoot inability to see dashboards, tasks, answer how do I?, etc..); report bugs and manage resolutions with Help Desk
Management- Setup, edit user profiles; track license usage & alert when we need more
Dashboards and layouts- create, edit and adapt dashboards and home page layouts
Reports- create and edit; consult with users and departments on their needs
Process, timelines and adoption: work with departments on adapting to their processes; collaborate on increased usage, develop and suggest new ways of using Time tracking and reporting: track user compliance; generate reports; assist in management reporting
Document processes; help create old vs. new documentation; participate in training; troubleshooting

What you need:
Deadline-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Excellent MS Project skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience using MS Word and Excel
Proven ability to configure reports using WYSIWYG or scripting tools
Strong ability to develop and implement processes and procedures

At least 3 years experience working in project management or equivalent
Experience with medical/legal review process within pharmaceutical industry strongly desired; equivalent experience in a highly regulated industry may substitute

Education/Certifications:
4-year Bachelor's degree
