The CRM Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a complex CRM system (Salesforce.com - Saas solution) implementation used by the company’s key business units and end-users. Daily activities will include resolving and tracking technical and functional support issues, managing data loads and data quality requests, and working with the OIS CRM team on various projects and tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities:

All responsibilities listed are as they relate to CRM support and configuration

Manage a fast-paced queue of technical & functional support requests for CRM and all 3 rd party integrated applications and customizations , driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution

Track and document all support activities for reporting and process improvement purposes
·

Managing data loads and data quality requests utilizing CRM data management tools
·

Facilitate user account setup and maintenance requests
·

Configure user account permissions
·

Establish user role and responsibility structure based on business owner design specifications
·

Ongoing collaboration with the OIS CRM team and successful completion of all assigned tasks related to CRM roadmap projects and initiatives

Minimum (Required) Qualifications:
·


Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
·
0-2 years in IT Support and can demonstrate the technical aptitude to support users with diverse requirements
·
Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
·
Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications:
·


Ability to work with minimal supervision
·
Residing in the immediate Cincinnati area and able to work from Downtown Cincinnati office
Physical Demands: May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day. May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal voice sounds. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this role.
