Experience with system: upgrades, security, programming (4GL), monitoring, shell scripting, interfaces, Process Flow, and third party integration.
Experience in HR/Payroll programming will be a plus.
Work with end user community addressing issues, gathering Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) requirements for process improvement, and directing them toward future outcomes.
Train and provide documentation to end-users on Lawson functionality.
Reviews, records and reports production hardware and software malfunction while adhering to organizational procedural and workflow plans and methods.
This position is based out of Tampa, FL.
Associate degree in Computer science, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 4 years of ERP experience with Lawson.
