Well established stable and growing organization is seeking a Systerms Analyst Lead

Job Summary
Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for work process analysis, design implementation, maintenance, and
support of computer application systems for company; assists systems' users with the
resolution of computer applications problems; and performs related duties as required.

Abilities required

? Knowledge of principles and methods used in computer systems applications as related to manufacturing,
supply chain, and/or financial business environments.
? Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, validate conclusions, and make recommendations to
resolve
? Ability to interact with all levels within the Organization
? Strong analytical, fact finding, documentation, and problem-solving skills
? Work with outside vendors in maintaining and supporting computer systems
? Manage Projects utilizing principles of requirements gathering, organizing required tasks, data analysis, and
following tasks to completion
? In depth knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle
? Rotating weekly on-call support schedule

Skills required
? Microsoft Office Product Suite
? Oracle Applications (Financials, Order Processing, Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehouse Management)
? Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing Systems such as Quality, Product Lifecycle Mgmt., Data Historian.
? Project Management
? SQL ability and relational database knowledge
? End User Reporting software ( i.e. Cognos, or other Business Intelligence tools )
? Knowledge of SOX Regulatory Compliancy as relates to I.T.

Summary of essential job functions
Perform application analysis work of existing or new systems, given only general instructions from manager,
following a methodical System Development Lifecycle process. Work includes project management,
requirements gathering, functional design, testing, maintenance, training, and implementation of computer
systems; as well as troubleshooting analysis on existing systems. Smaller projects require individual work, as
larger projects require working as part of a team. Main job functions are focused on System Analysis, Design,
and Implementation.

Minimum requirements
Associates degree in Business/I.S. with 10 years experience in Application Development; or 15 years
experience in Business/I.S. Analysis in an Information Systems Department.
