The purpose of this position is to monitor, ensure compliance, and drive improvements to Hydro-Gear production and business processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Perform systematic internal audits of production and internal business processes
versus established standards.
•Work with process owners to implement counter measures for system breakdowns.
•Summarize and report results to Management Team.
•Function as the company authority on ISO and Sarbanes-Oxley auditors.
•Represent Hydro-Gear to external ISO and Sarbanes-Oxley auditors

Education And/Or Experience
•B.A. /B.S. Degree from a 4 year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.
•Analytical (including statistical), root cause analysis, and problem solving skills.
•Strong organizational skills
•Ability to communicate complex matters in a simple, understandable format to multiple levels.
•Knowledge of quality standards and manufacturing / business processes.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
