This Systems Engineer will support the Army Corps of Engineers - IT (ACE-IT) program

* Minimum 4 years experience working in a UNIX/Linux Systems Administration and Storage Environment
* Advanced switch zoning and configuration of Brocade products
* Knowledge of multiple backup and recovery technologies (Cloning, Snapshots, Disaster Recovery)
* Advanced disk subsystem configuration (Raid level implementations)
* Working knowledge of 2+ operating systems (Solaris, RedHat Linux, and Windows)
* Working knowledge of 2+ disk subsystems (HDS, NetApp, EMC)
* Working knowledge of multiple disk/ switch vendors (Brocade, McData, Qlogic)
* Veritas Volume Manager, Storage Foundation
* Working knowledge of multi-pathing software (HDS HDLM, Veritas DMP)
* Advanced performance analysis of disk subsystems
* Understanding components of SAN attached storage to include device drivers, microcode levels, fiber channel adapters.

Basic Qualifications
Storage Administration
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Security+ CE certification required prior to start and Computing Environment Certification required within 30 days of employment

Desired skills
Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced knowledge of NetApp storage systems.
* Minimum of 4 years experience with NetApp storage.
* Minimum 4 years experience working in a UNIX/Linux Systems Administration and Storage Environment
