Perform a variety of senior level engineering tasks that are broad in nature and are concerned with system design, risk reduction, implementation and integration, including personnel, hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment. Serve as key engineering person on projects for both customers and the project teams. Provide guidance and support to technical and programmatic requirements derivation. Provide senior technical guidance and leadership of engineering, analysis and development teams. Guide users and team members in formulating requirements, advise on viability of alternative approaches, and conduct and evaluate feasibility studies. Responsible for the integration of requirements, design, risk mitigation and technology of complex systems. Provide guidance and support to ensure seamless incorporation of new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Guide and participate in development of technical documentation associated with results analysis and risk mitigation. Guide implementation of and adherence to the C4ISR/DoDAF process and Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) best practices.
Required Qualifications

Must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
Twelve (12) years experience in technical program management and/or as a system development team lead. At least 50% of this experience shall be in programs with particular relevance to SIGINT, Communications Systems, and Information Technology.
Ten (10) years experience as a system engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test and transition into operations.
Five (5) years system engineering experience obtained in an intelligence community environment.
Certification and Training: Twelve (12) years as specified above, plus professional experiences and training commensurate with technology curriculums typically associated with a Master's Degree or equivalent.
The typical work week is Monday thru Friday; 40 hours. Occasional overtime may be required.
