Serve as Principal Director of Test, Integrated Product Team for the T-X USAF Advanced Fighter Trainer (Fos) Capture & Proposal Effort.
Responsible for developing an orderly, efficient and complete test program accomplishing all system, sub-system, component and module performance and integration verification and validation requirements through all developmental and operational test phases.
Further responsible for documenting these test plans and requirements, allocating them to other IPTs and functional organizations and identifying test facility and resource requirements.
Responsible for adequacy of the APT (FOS) test program.
Participates as a voting member of all test related APT (FOS) Configuration Control Boards and provides test expertise to program IPTs.
Responsible for the technical accuracy and adequacy of test inputs to the APT (FOS) Proposal.
Responsible for cost and schedule performance and reporting against budgets and schedules established by the capture executive.
None Required Skills:
B.S. Engineering or related technical discipline Active Secret Security Clearance 15+ years related experience in the following: Strong integrated aircraft and ground system test experience mandatory, systems engineering and integration experience highly desired. Experience working in a DoD Integrated Test Team environment and obtaining flight certification in both the USAF and FAA environments highly desired. Should have experience working competitive proposals and competitive campaigns. Experience with proposals and campaigns in excess of $1B a definite plus. Experience managing large teams and large organizations involving multiple international teammates and vendors in a dynamic business environment required. Program management experience and ground based and flight based training experience highly desired. Preferred Skills:
