The selected candidate will be expected to provide consulting and training on all aspects of support products to faculty, staff, and students, which will include teaching workshops, one-on-one consulting, and documentation in both written and web format as necessary. Understanding of multi-media, social media, mobile and emerging technology, as well as the application of these tools in education is desired.
Bachelor's degree in electronics, telecommunications, engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

This position is subject to the Career Banding Salary Administration Plan. If candidates are not identified at the Advanced level, management may consider candidates at a lower competency level. Pay will be commensurate with applicant's competencies as well as budget, equity, and market considerations.
