As the

TGRC (Technology, Governance, Risk and Controls) Senior Analyst – Password Management

, you will provide technical support and solutions for Cargill’s Enterprise Active Directory (AD) and directory services, Web Access Management, User Provisioning worldwide, ensuring 24x7 availability.

Participate in projects of varying size impacting the Identity Management environment and participate as a member of a team on medium to large projects.

Responsibilities relate to day-to-day infrastructure and application support, including incident and problem management and scheduled maintenance projects as well as to operational and service enhancement project work.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Provide operational infrastructure support for enterprise Active Directory and LDAP directories

Assist the business with various projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, integrations

Lead effort to implement and operationalize Lieberman ERPM password management toolset for the enterprise

Perform application maintenance and upgrades in the above areas

Incident and problem management of all Identity Management solutions

Principal Accountabilities

Projects - 35%

Lead a team effort to deploy and operationalize a new Privileged Identity Management (PIM) software capability for the enterprise

Participate on projects to design, develop, test, debug, and implement software tools and utilities that help support and maintain our directory infrastructures

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members

Execution - 65%

Provide 2nd-level operational support for Windows Active Directory in accordance with agreed upon service levels, including:

Incident management, including complex troubleshooting across multiple technologies

Problem management, including root/cause analysis

Communicate effectively with customers and peers

Performing system administration tasks making independent decisions regarding real-time corrections and operation within standardized practices and procedures

Responsible for completing scheduled maintenance projects, including application upgrades, schema changes, and other maintenance, which fall on scheduled on-call weekend or as assigned.

Problem management and prevention of incidents.

Lead efforts to identify root cause of issues based on trending to prevent reoccurrence.

Work closely with Cargill support organizations, developers, and vendors to resolve complex technical support issues and product defects.

Recommend, plan, develop, execute and maintain system management processes ensuring a stable Identity Management environment.

Reviews security logs and violation reports

Train IT staff on the use of related Privileged Identity Management (PIM)

tools and processes

Research requests for assistance and recommend solutions or process improvements that will meet business needs

Qualifications

Required

Bachelors degree, preferably in business or information systems. Equivalent IT experience considered in lieu of degree

6+ years of professional IT experience

Considered an Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more of the following areas: Active Directory architecture or administration, LDAP directories, distributed systems, or infrastructure security tools and standards

Ability to learn on the fly, manage through systems and common processes, and have sufficient overall intellectual horsepower to address the demands of the team

Exceptional teaming skills encompassing cross-functional global teams, peer relationships, informing, and understanding and appreciating differences

Solid communication skills encompassing inter-personal communications, persuasion and influencing skills, security communications in business terminology

Very strong, proven working knowledge of Information Security, identifying and assessing technical risk, and technical security controls

Proven record of high performance in problem solving, collaborating, planning/priority setting, timely decision making, perseverance, and a drive for results

Very strong, proven customer focus skills in translating risk management policies into business requirements

Very strong interpersonal skills in terms of effective listening, patience, composure, and conflict management

Ability mentor and develop team members in key techniques, tools, and skills.

Very strong writing and documentation skills

Experience in leading project teams through influence

Ability to cover periodic 24x7 on-call support

Preferred

1+ years experience with Lieberman ERPM password management software or equivelant

5+ years of experience in Information Security and total of 10+ years of IT experience

Familiarity with scripting/coding in PowerShell, Perl, XML, C#, or C++ languages

Familiarity with CA SiteMinder security products

Knowledge of LAN/WAN design and general internetworking technologies

2+ years of hands-on networking and system administration experience with Windows, Linux, Unix

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement information security policies, procedures, standards, and practices

Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e. self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines)

Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment.

Knowledge of security tools such as vulnerability management, anti-virus, etc.
