T his position is based in Charlotte, NC, at the Company's Operation Headquarters.
Responsible for day to day support of the companies TMS system
Manage the service experience for our end users and ensure their requirements are scheduled, communicated and resolved
Implement procedures to ensure that support issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner, and that issues are properly recorded back to our project and issues tracking systems
Ensure that customers have a favorable support experience with an emphasis toward exceptional customer service
Be a technical point of contact for key projects and users providing project management and implementation ownership
Work with management to prioritize projects and tasks and ensure on time delivery of services
Assist our software development team and external vendors as needed to ensure all updates and releases have UAT and end user sign off
Support the day to day operations of our Transportation Management Systems, their users, clients and carriers
Work with end users to reproduce issues bugs, isolate problems and recommend solutions
Support the data and reporting needs of our business owners to enable them to better run their business units
The candidate MUST have experience working for a fast paced growing company
MUST have customer-facing support experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in top tier technical support
Experience supporting business operations systems such as ERP, SCM or TMS
Experience with database support, TSQL and data migration and manipulation skills
Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills.
Excellent project management skills
Strong staff management skills
Minimum of 7 years' experience
Has a “roll up the sleeves and can do attitude to getting the job done”
Have worked in a startup environment
BE or MS in computer science or electrical
