Prepare tax depreciation and gain/loss computations and analyses relating to regular, bonus, & AMT computations (among others) as well as federal / state income tax adjustments.
Research, analysis and documentation of fixed asset, federal, and state income tax issues and special projects.
Prepare and/or review state income, franchise and gross receipts tax returns including supporting workpapers, documentation, and related aspects of federal income tax returns. Identify and effectively communicate issues, opportunities and recommendations.

Ability to identify, research, and effectively communicate findings of complex tax issues with a demonstrated understanding of potential impacts for current, prior and future tax reporting, FIN 48, FAS 5, SOX controls, and other tax disciplines (i.e., transaction and property tax).
3+ years income tax experience in a federal and multi-state environment with emphasis on tax compliance, research and planning.
Strong foundation in general accounting principles.
Corporate, partnership and LLC tax experience.
Experience with SAP or other first tier ERP software preferred.
Experience with tax reporting software (OneSource) and research tools (RIA) preferred.
BA/BS Degree in Accounting.
Master’s Degree in Tax or graduate degree preferred
CPA certification preferred
