The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key member of Talent Acquisition providing critical pre-employment program coordination and administrative support to the Kronos Recruitment Team. In this highly visible role, you will also manage the pre-employment process for new hires to include; background screening, communication and coordination of paperwork. Support and manage talent acquisition programs as required.

The TA Coordinator will:
Arrange and coordinate candidate interviews with the hiring team to include booking conference rooms and travel as necessary
Prepare/compile/submit documents used in various stages of the recruiting process, including offer letters, new hire paperwork, recruitment packets, background checks, and I-9 paperwork
Manage pre-employment background screen process with our external vendor. Facilitate coordination between candidates and Background screening vendor for timely background processing. Review background check results as it relates to the Kronos Policy and escalating background checks to Staffing Manager as needed.
Manage On-Boarding Process for New Hires
Schedule and set up weekly New Hire Orientation for all US new hires
Processing of expense forms.
Manage the New Hire survey process
Support additional Talent Acquisition Programs such as but not limited to College Recruiting, Branding Initiative, Immigration, relocation and Compliance Programs.
Performs other duties as assigned

Demonstrated sense of urgency with an emphasis on delivering results
Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with applicant tracking tools and databases preferred
Prior work experience in an HR/support role preferred
