This position coordinates the interview scheduling and travel arrangements for multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists, each averaging 20–35 job openings, within the EDMC Talent Acquisition Team. Extensive work will also be done in maintaining the internal posting process, maintaining the employee referral program, obtaining/tracking applications, drafting offer letters and submitting background reports.Key Job Elements Support duties include, but not limited to, drafting offer letters, sending correspondence to candidates, monthly reports, reconciling all charges related to recruiting, as well as coordinating the flow of candidate visits and interviews. Upon successful completion of the search, work with recruiter to close requisition, complete applicant tracking, complete candidate evaluations, document & close search file and follow–up with all non–selected candidates.

Schedule and coordinate all interviews for job requisitions and coordinate candidate travel arrangements. Reach out to candidates within 24 hours of receiving notice to schedule an interview. Confirm all candidate interviews by e–mail and by phone 24–48 hours prior to first interviews. Email offer letter to new hires the same day request is made by the Recruiting Consultant.

Ensure all candidate paperwork is complete, which includes reviewing applications and ordering background screening Confirm new hires. Coordinate first day experience, which includes send out the new hire packet and scheduling HR orientation. As time and training permit, may be asked to locate and actively mine for candidates via our internal job posting system, the internet, job boards, various data bases, research and other sourcing methods. Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency..

Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed. Reports To: Talent Acquisition SupervisorInteracts With: Talent Acquisition team, Human Resources team, Departmental Hiring Manager and candidates.Job RequirementsKnowledge: An Associates or Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources or Business Administration preferred. Two years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in Human Resources or Recruiting. Previous Applicant Tracking System experience is a plus.

A strong understanding of process development. Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong interpersonal skills with supervisor and staff populations. Superior organization, prioritization, and self–motivation skills.

Strong computer literacy skills with the Microsoft Office Suite. Abilities: Ability to interact effectively as either a leader or as a member of a team and work collaboratively with other departments. Ability to listen to customers (e.g. staff, etc.) and to understand and respond positively to their requests.

Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work. Must be fully aware of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the function and act upon it. Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
