Responsibilities:

Task Order Lead/Office Manager will provide support to c ontract personnel at the client work-site. Responsibilities include the practical and technical aspects of the office administration, supply, personnel, word processing, file management and staff support work. This individual will serve as the records management coordinator for the organization; track information from a variety of
systems; serves as a focal point for incoming and outgoing personnel, handles travel arrangements for management personnel, prepares and monitors appointment/delegation letters and other additional appointments for all subordinate activities. Assists in the development of policy letters. The Task order lead will help manage team's performance, working with government point of contact to ensure peak team performance and will ensure personnel work within the communications chain for all items related to the team's work hours, leave, and or any other personnel issues.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with DoD training programs and expert knowledge of DoD processes and terminology. General knowledge of maintenance and/or logistics mission and functions of the office are required. Requires an in-depth understanding of the office staffing and organizational requirements. Knowledge of software for various work-related needs and perform other duties as assigned. Extensive knowledge and experience to provide technical guidance and contract administration is required, and a Bachelor’s degree is desired.
