Snowmakers will assist in the production of machine made snow, while striving for quality, safety, and efficiency to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. This individual will assist in the production of a suitable snow surface by utilizing snow guns and snow transportation vehicles. Responsible for assisting the crew leader in preparation and operation of snowmaking systems. Will conduct visual inspections and routine maintenance of snow guns and hoses as well as set up and break down of the guns and hoses. Will operates trucks, snowcats and snowmobiles in a safe and efficient manner and will be required to work outside in all conditions. Must be able to work as a team member with the ability to follow direction and will be responsible for the safety of fellow employees,

guests and for personal safety.

Requirements:
  • 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Fluent in English
  • Have a valid drivers license or able to obtain one
  • Must be intermediate skier/snowboarder
  • Be a team player

Preferred Skills:
  • Mechanical and hydraulic knowledge;
  • Heavy equipment experience;
  • Prior snowmaking experience;
  • Microsoft Office;
  • The ability to conduct team meetings including safety meetings.
