Essential Function & Responsibilities:
Team Lead - Fabric Cutting
Supervising cell employees in the manufacturing process.
Ensuring that work orders are met and informing Manager when they are not.
Training employees in their respective job functions.
Tracking and prioritizing work orders to meet daily production requirements.
Providing feedback to Production Manager on employee performance and teamwork.
Ensuring that Company policy and procedures are being adhered to.
Education - Experience - Certifications - Licenses - Registration Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of team leader experience and at least 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required Competencies - Computer Skills - Other:
Must have good communication skills (written and verbal), as this person will be interacting with management at all levels.
Must have basic math skills.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and work in a cooperative manner to support a team environment.
Assist with heavy lifting.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
