In addition to performing the role of a customer service representative in the optical lab, the customer service team lead gives daily work direction to a team of 3+ optical customer service representatives. Provides leadership to the optical team by acting as a role model, special projects coordinator, trainer, and mentor to new and existing employees. Assists and supports the customer service staff in daily performance of their tasks. In absence of the optical lab supervisor the team lead is the point person for customer service issue resolution.

2 years experience in optical lab customer service required Special Knowledge/Skills/Certifications/Licenses: Good communication skills. Must demonstrate the ability to do presentations, training, and ability to lead employees. No license required.
