As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for handling technical questions pertaining to Linux, PHP, MySQL, and email. Don't have Linux, PHP, or MySQL experience? Fret not; we'll get you coached up! The technical experience is a 'nice to have,' but if you don't have a love for all things technical AND people -- that's a deal-breaker. You understand, right?
